Logistics and Procurement
This is a service orientated department focused on ensuring that the goods and services that are procured for WoF are delivered to the right place, in the right quantity, with the right quality at the right cost and at the right time. 
 
The department is made up of three divisions: procurement, logistics and the warehouse. Procurement practices a centralised buying policy and forms the hub for placement of all orders from stationery to travelling requirements. The logistics division is the mover and shaker as they need to make sure that the goods are sent to the end user but they are also the upholders of the inventory management system. The warehouse section is a hive of activity as it is responsible for receiving, picking and packing stock but also ensures the accuracy of inventory levels.
