The department is managaed by the Human Resources Manager and in each of the provinces a Human Resources Officer is employed, who is repsonsible for the above mentioned tasks in their respective provinces.It is also this department that is responsible for implementing employee benefits programmes such as the FFA BEE Employee Share Trust and is also responsible for managing employee risk cover and insurances.
